I think Putin needs to save face. The war has gone badly for him and he needs to cut his losses. He is making all the noises (talking tough) before a ceasefire is announced. And ultimately he gets what he wants (or at least most) through negotiations now the west knows he is serious. And Ukraine knows the West will not ride to their rescue. Cos even the west doesn't want this war. Prices are rising and that usually means a change in governments come elections.

Firstly i am no expert. I usually just read other posts.
But for the price of oil to be going up and up and yet the SP for tullow keeps falling (from the time I bought in) seems to me that something is wrong.
Happy to hear others thoughts.
But pls don't mention the whole hedging thing because when you hedge you don't have to sell at the hedged price. It is just an option.
I am NOT a ramper or deramper. I just want intelligent opinions.
