So a deal between UKRAINE and RUSSIA Will remove the 2022 sanctions.
Remember Liz Truss said these are sanctions designed to be removed and enforced at shut notice (snap back sanctions).
So ignore Trolls when they say the sanctions will around for a long time.

The way doesn't look like something that will last 2 years. Europe is not going to tolerate these high level of Energy prices. Giving Indian and China a competitive advantage over them. Unless they want to entirely collapse European manufacturing.

Turkish banks are adopting the Russian payment system. A back door into the EU or a way around sanctions.
This will make Turkey a gate keeper of funds into and out of Russia.

We all know about the Grain export Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
We know about the turbine release "Negotiations" between Canada, Germany and Russia.
Now the US and Russia are negotiating a Prisoner swap.
All.these look to me like "Testing the waters" looking to see if there are able to negotiate a peace deal.
I expect the US and Russia peace deal to be swift. They both know what they want and they are two countries that understand Realpolitik.

Just to add some reality to all this fantasising going on. Selling to a subsidiary or a management buy out may not satisfy the London Stock exchange or Western countries. They will need to see sufficient distance between both companies. So an outright sale remains the most realistic. And then maybe the buy will need to have some rubbles in Russia to pay the Moex holders and dollars for the non Moex holders.
