Rufiji Not sure there will be huge costs we are only putting 1x E145 there from Solenta,I don't think our new management team are as recless as their predecessors. They will invest when there is a demand in Mozambique I expect us to get Bulawayo route up and running
I was certainly disappointed to see such another large fund raising. There seems to no second thoughts to diluting PIs time and time again no real personal financial commitment from the Directors. Not sure how the potential South African base is going to work with royalty payments
An improvement but still huge loss and again share holders will be hit Lack of detail about expansion in either Tanzania or Zimbabwe No cash flow projections for the next 12 months
No RNS with the results and a trading update very last minute again
A consultant in how not to run an airline and destroy share holder value with no sense of responsibility
Rufiji wrong assumption Hope FJET is not issuing tickets on credit to Zim ministers and civil servants Not a chance we have a cash flow problem highlighted in the accounts they would not consider credit
I hope that we can manage cash from now on they said October was the critical period Having said that they wouldn't have paid Stellios if they were problems
Certainly do lets hope we have good news with H1 results Saying that present schedule appears to be reasonably busy although without doubt Air Tanzania has taken a chunk of the business Zimbabwie does appear to be still busy
Very quiet before the H1 results hopefully out on Monday Lets hope that they are dramatically better than anything produced before for the long suffering share holders
I am sure at one time it was double daily and another service from Arusha Not well planned by the former team
The HRE flight is still scheduled to fly tonight and all tomorrows flights seem ok. Hopefully it is only a technical problem and they are bringing in a replacement aircraft or ours will be up and running again in time. Bad luck after such a good run
What a pity because we had been doing so well recently no delays or cancellations
Not down to the airline but its main shareholder the Government.Good news for Fastjet as ATCL expansion has been slowed down.Great pity that the Tanzanian Government got so involved in running an airline
I would hope this would be for new routes in Tanzania Mitara,Dodoma,Zanzibar etc not sure whether we couldn't try Nairobi again with the smaller aircraft
Very strange as I don't remember Wolfgang passing critical comment when Ed Winter removed all figures about monthly performance Had he have done Ed Winter and co may have been removed a lot earlier i
The immediate concern must be the lack of headroom with the cash flow which was mentioned in the accounts , Oct being highlighted by management. Fingers crossed that sales are good and costs are finally under control
Thanks Fatherelmer that's a pity I think Zambia would work in the same way we seem to be enjoying success with Zimbabwie
I thought Solenta already had an AOC for Zambia which may make it easier to start flights
Fjetcrazy Wolfgang seemed quite close to the previous management regime often giving positive updates! He doesn't seem to have the same relationship with Nico and co .Not easy for fastjet politically in Tanzania with the national airline expanding will have to tread carefully
Hillwi I partly agree with you,the last time we flew this route seemed to be a huge loss maker I do think if they reintroduce the route they will use an E190 which will be better
