They are selling tickets for the increased schedule starting from the 1/11 ie: three flights to MZA. 2 flights MBI daily
The fares which you can see include Tax which is very high about 78 us
Is is sold out or cancelled? Mzanza evening flight today sold out or cancelled?
Appalling state of affairs Not sure we are any better of at hands on management in Joburg than Gatwick The E 190 has been ongoing for over a year and even after two huge share issues we have not got them flying No Directors loans or any financial commitment does not bode well Has anybody got an email address for Joburg ?
Dreadful I think Dar -Mbeya flight has been cancelled the evening. flight to Mwanza is still scheduled This will be an issue for any airline which has a fleet of one Really this has set Fastjet back big time with Tanzania where we have serious competition No chance of breaking even this year Also no update on the website about delays
Where is the E190? I presume if it is in Tanzania it hasn't got clearance from the authorities. This is like a old record we had the same problem with Air Bulgaria this time last year The future is not good when we continuously shoot ourselves in the foot Of course it has been said we were unlucky that the A319 went out like it did but I think we were lucky that it lasted as long as it did
Like many of us,I am concerned how readily Nico is to use shareholders to raise capital,
Any news on the E190 when it will go into service. I do think Nico could have planned this better had it ready sooner!
Methuselah where have you been the board hasn't been the same without you badly missed
The return leg on this flight seems to very full for the remainder of this week. Very surprising as the flight had been axed last week before a change of plan
http://www.tourismupdate.co.za/article/127272/New-debt-free-national-airline-for-Zimbabwe Crazy but Politicians get hung up about having a national airline
I don't think its confusing they have just loaded the new schedule for Mozambique which will go on sale shortly
Looks like common sense has prevailed
Fastjet he should have had a plan B for the situation we find ourselves in. We have been so lucky' we have flogged the 319FJD for months and this was always going to happen at some time I like what Nico has done up to now but he should have got the E190 in place much earlier not last minute and now he should provide a service to Mbeya.
I agree very poor a few days is one thing a month is irresponsible and will take a long time do undo the damage

Dar es Salaam: Team fastjet is looking forward to launching its new Embraer E190 fleet soon. The new, modern aircraft arrives in Tanzania this week and will await regulatory approvals after which its launch flight will take place. The aircraft replaces the Airbus A319 which has now gone out of service. The second Embraer E190 is expected toward mid-November. In-between the first flight of the new aircraft and the exit of the old, fastjet will be flying an interim schedule that impacts flights between Mbeya and Dar es Salaam.
Things seem to have got worse Mbeya will not restart until November,I really think that is poor and I assume that we have a problem with the E190 not arriving or crewetc
Looks like it I don't understand why they don't wet lease a plane rather than not fly for 3 weeks
There are no flights today or tomorrow it seems as all routes have sold out
