23 insurers is much better than I realised mEM!

I thought you'd mixed that up with the number of States Leakbot is now in, but Google's AI answer to "how many insurers are using the ondo water leak detection system?" is

Chameleon and mEM, given the glacial pace insurers tend to move at, I'm amazed ONDO is already in 23 States

£43k director transaction yesterday slightly surprising:

"to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, Andy Morrison, a Non Executive Director, has today sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares a price of 21.475p per share before subsequently acquiring 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 21.5p through his ISA. "

Since max yearly allowance for putting funds into an ISA is £20k, presumably this means he has paid into not just his own but Family ISAs.

In any case, I take it that since he waited rather than transact in April, he imagines that the shares have now reached the optimal price (S21.475p B21.5p) to make the transfer for sheltering future gains i.e. it's about bottomed out.

Price recovery in view?

Amongst all the frustrations of the last few years, I note one repeating cycle. That's seeing the share price slumping to the pits in June followed by it rocketing in July:

28.6.22 low 20p - 15.7.22 high 40p +100%

28.6.23 low 5.75p - 26.7.23 high 43.5p +657%

8.7.24 low 14.5p - 24.7.24 high 34.7p +139%

(Final Results were out 28 June each year.)

I wouldn't be surprised to see something simlar repeat this year.
