@JATW has rightly noted earlier, that "If it behaves like LGEN this surge will evaporate by the close….." As it has only lost a part of today's froth, I'm encouraged to think the same full retreat shouldn't happen, due to the difference being PRU has a major value correction due anyway, which isn't applicable to LGEN.

I also note, if it was to be like LGEN, a recapture of about half the retrace in price would be due the next day. Let's see.

I don's see any lie in November. The November confirmation of the sale said "The Settlement Agreement remains subject to TSX-V approval and approval by GBML shareholders at an annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held in January 2025."

And now they're confirming that approval has been obtained. I see nothing wrong with that.

EBITDA up 50% over expected (>£7.5m vs £5m expected in Nov) is what caught my eye.

At 69.13p I've tripled my modest holding here. Don’t know the reason for the drop. Could be something really nasty related to the CFO departure. Or just institutional holders wanting to “rebalance”. Price seems to move a lot based on very little in trades.

I could have made a big mistake, but my (not very well-informed) impression over the years has been that this is a reasonably well run business and that with patience the share price will recover.

I agree with Heading North, that going by past performance I expect Frasers to act entirely in their own interests which may again mean other shareholders get nothing once they and Ashley are in control.
