Hi Josey, I think you're right about similar to 2024 and depending on +ve news to be off to the races. In the meantime, it maybe depends on perspective / expectations. Mine were stagnation for a while around 63p but I see a bit more lift occurred for today's close and am pleased to see the UT noted at 67.8.

If he's a shareholder, then he's interested in facts, as am I, and has simply shared facts from NHSE and NICE about the implementation guidance, which many of us wanted to know about and which you trumpeted as good news yesterday...I was even inclined to agree with you.

But also I'm glad of the positives included from the additional NICE commentary, which could have been left out if the intention was to trash the price.

"Cash burn" depends on whether you mean total costs of £500k pm or net cash outflows after revenue of £350k-£400k pm.

On the contrary, as an (over-invested) shareholder myself I'm glad of the proper information and I see no intention to spook the market, even though the confirmation would come as an unpleasant surprise and naturally a little selling panic in some.

I think it's 0.735 due to a mini -panic sell off yesterday about the long awaited "roll-out implementation guidance". The kneejerk reaction seems to have been on the premise that the guidance would boost or at least give better visibility of sales for Genedrive. But remembering the main thrust of the NICE conclusions was a prioritisation of lab testing, delay on rollout of that strategy opens a window of time for Genedrive to establish itself earlier in cstroke entres which might otherwise have just relied on the NICE anticipated increased lab capacity.

As the NICE rep said to JohnL yeasterday, "we are hoping there will be a repository of tools for those who may wish to implement sooner."

Bighammer, I was under the impression the whole pilot was about labs rollout with POC test where labs not feasible. As per NICE's document stating guidance would be developed

"The committee acknowledged that implementing laboratory-based testing for everyone who has a stroke or TIA could be done in a stepwise process. This would involve a gradual increase in numbers tested while capacity is established. Testing could be initially started in groups of people who could benefit most from it, because of higher risk of stroke recurrence, such as people with non-minor stroke. Alternatively, point-of-care testing should be considered as an alternative if laboratory-based testing is not feasible at this scale, or while capacity for laboratory-based testing is increased. If this puts lab testing roll-out on hold for at least into the next financial year, does this mean (assuming GDR gets its current funding crisis sorted), that this is a great chance for GDR to get the jump on NICE's preferred national rollout of using labs wherever "possible"?

Since the HAS at Peterborough elected to adopt GDR's POC testing instead of awaiting lab capacity rollout, if others react to the uncertain delay for labs rollout, by doing the same as Peterborough, it would mean GDR is already embedded at locations which might otherwise have been lab users, had roll out proceeded as expected.

Could this be the time that EC has spotted a very significant point? Or is the heat getting to me?

Next year's predictions seem OK to me:

"we currently expect volume to grow to c.12,000 units in 2026 with operating margin progression similar to 2025 positioning us well for another year of good profit growth"...that's vs 11,000 to 11,5000 expected in 2025.

He seems to have a strong track record, including successful "exits"...

I'd like to think that's for Aug and Sept and receivable then, but I took it to mean that at 2 months in, they have visibility for the full year of confirmed income of £0.6m.

On the slightly brighter side that would only be the floor, and no doubt there is plenty in the pipeline which just isn't confirmed yet.
