Lol, Irishdemon, yes, if my (I now see ambiguous) comment is taken as a price prediction for today, then stunning miss-call! I actually meant readiness of the business over the coming year or two to lift off into a profit generating concern. Even then, maybe I'm being over-optimistic, but they seem to be going in the right direction for what I'd expect in such a difficult market.

As for market sentiment Alan has clearly got the understanding of it!

Positive cashflow and all set for lift off looks good to me

Large buys at 740 suggest this is expected to go back to 800+ levels

Buying volume looking to be highest since the July peak of renewed enthusiam over changing of CEO, while price is at its lowest and interim results are to be expected over the next couple of weeks with an update on the CEO's review.

Hmm. So near and yet so far. Disappointing to be in this position after all this time, with only just over 6 months cash runway seemingly at steady state. So it's fingers crossed the sales momentum and more recent developmentas are enough to achieve lift off to cash positive in just a few months. Nerves of steel needed for the averaging down assuming this will eventually come good.

What's for sure is Deloitte will no doubt be keen to avoid reporting overly quickly. We're only 3 weeks in to what is likely to be a process of some months. Both Tesco and Wood Group share prices staged a worthwhile part recovery from the initial drop while all that was going on in their equivalent situations. I don't think it unreasonable that that could happen here too. The problem is judging how long to sit tight to make an exit if not done already, and if assuming it best to do so.

As for the FD delayed move, it seems entirely reasonable he should stay on duty for the review, not only to facilitate it,but also to have opportunity to ensure all suitable evidence is considered (and avoid being scapgoated). I see that as a better way of backing himself, and then being able to move over to Greggs with reputation intact, as opposed to seemingly fleeing a sinking ship.
