Warrants can be traded, they're either submitted to an exchange for trading, these are called ADR's or they can be traded off exchange via OTC methods between any individuals who can agree on a price. Tell your broker you want to buy some warrants and they'll start reaching out to the holders of said warrants.

Not 100% on the warrant situation here but if they have expired then that's it, they're out of the game.

I don't think you're looking very far Bebato...I'm not going to cross ramp but there's much cheaper, more progressed and funded outfits out there. GCAT is in a very precarious position atm, huge huge uncertainty with huge potential for massive dilution or just going to the wall.

A cheap gold producer is one that doesn't cost you money. Forget aisc's and promises... if it costs you money it's expensive.

The Chair... is a checks and balances man only. As a non exec they have no input other than advising of associated risks etc etc, it's for the bod to listen and act accordingly how they see fit.
