It's not the ARCAM deal was so bad at the time... What is bad is that JLP have demonstrated their ability and willingness to pay back debt.

Capital and compounded interest equates to settlement of circa 12 million. Considering how much money they're supposedly making from supposedly world class assets and processes then why couldn't they have settled from fcf or at least borrowed from a bank with their supposedly vastly improved finances and operations to settle the arcam agreement?

Truth is in the accounts... They're not making as much as some in here think and a bank won't lend against their operations, even with a 500mil mcap. Or, Leon will never be willing to pay a debt, so long as investors are happy to keep paying 3 times as much."

Britol...Reality is that JLP is now barely breaking even at these prices and all the cash generated from sky high pal and rh, has been spent on so called growth that has provided zero roce, infact production has actually fallen whilst input costs have increased.

Plus there's the sellers...The huge dilution to settle the term sheet which could have been paid out of cash flow to save the eps being diluted further.

JLP now face a future of a diluted shareholder base, wafer thin margins and a rising interest rate enviroment. Leon didn't choose dilution and capex from free cash flow, it was more a case of traditional lenders having little appetite. I can't imagine the continued non delivery of multi year promises with zero operational transparency is going to change that.

There is however still ample trading liquidity and plenty more ramp accounts who appear to all have a 100% allocation to JLP so a short term trading range of 10p to 12p is as bold as I'm prepared to be, until it's no longer 10p that is.

I'll give ya 14p at best with a wind behind it...Trend not broken yet

100% agree that debt is not a concern here...Free cash flow positive and the servicing of debt is part of the cost curve, costs that can ultimately be passed on to the end user.

Recession proof business who's picture improves even more if the central banks pivot next year, as the debt burden is on the long end.
