Started adding again although only bought back 10% so far of what I sold last week. Reason being is that it's hugging the 200 ma as the 20 and 50 is rising towards the 200 with the licence due a resolution.

Adding back slowly maybe 5% off my previous allocation whilst it's trending the 200. Hopefully the RNS when it comes will be favourable resolution.

Price here is 100% down the licence on the basis that no-one has a bloody clue which way it's going to go.

Double PS... This is the reason why the plug got pulled at DCM. Samancor stopped mining owning to a legal dispute. Just before it happened though Leon cut processing at DCM to add the fine chrome circuit at the cost of dilution and then lost the PGM contained dam material which they quoted on the books for 60m.

How that for dilution value and mining risk... learn your past guys, it's the only guide to the future you'll get.

Ps JLP is subject to the delivery of material from mines. The PGM material is not historic waste and JLP is reliant on the delivery of the material from samancor mining activity. If Samancor don't mine for whatever risk scenario you think doesn't apply to JLP then they still won't produce PGM's.

MINING RISK directly affects JLP's PGM production, anyone here who thinks it doesn't, needs to give their head a wobble in all honesty.

I did alright out of lonmin through the sink at it, post the 1p share options and held through until the T/O was agreed. From that point onwards until it actually completed was a handy little trader too, whenever it dipped below the value of the conversation shares it was an easy buy. Been in and out of sibanye since.

Jubilee incurs all the same risks other miners incur, other than excavation and if anything the specific risks of excavation are higher as they have zero control over run of mine material.

Why would they... It's a covenant that represented security and a no fault exit clause?

I'm a lawyer specialising in smaller companies and financial regulation and I would 100% have advised my client to OICM to retain such a clause as it isn't prejudice to OICM in the slightest as demonstrated by the decision to pull the fully funded rug.

Why peeps are still trying to justify the licence issue is beyond me... It comes down to good corporate governance, surely they understood the regulatory requirements of their jurisdiction and the covenants of a third party agreement before saying "fully funded"
