Efficient, well run public markets rely on everyone who has a position, and everyone who deals or can deal to be working off the same facts, or on an insider list and told they can't deal so the trades can be checked against that list later.

It is the Regulator who is tasked with ensuring this for every security on rhe market. If alerted, they can be held to account too.

Your charlatan of a new CEO promised nearly 3 MONTHS ago an "immediate £1M" to be invested in bitcoin.

A number of private investors bought in on that spoof, are now under water, and despite criticism that you would think might spur him into some sort of action if he had £1M on the hip, so far he hasn't put the money in to allow the company to deliver on the RNS promise.

You can draw your own conclusions as to why that might be, I certainly have my own thoughts.

If there is no RNS by the opening bell on Monday I will be asking the Regulator to suspend the shares pending clarification of earlier statements as there has been a false market in the shares for weeks.
