Ruck,
Sorry to hear that as I have had my flue jab already.
Dr J Campbell has done another very good video on Vitamin D and really worth a watch as it relates to Covidity to some degree, only a 20 minute or so watch.

Moderna's coronavirus vaccine triggered a strong antibody response in older adults, and only triggered 'severe' side effects in one volunteer, new data from the firm's phase 2 testing shows.
Two doses of the shot were given to each of about 40 volunteers, ages 56 to 70 and older.
All of the patients enrolled to the the study developed 'neutralizing' antibodies to coronavirus - the kinds of immune cells thought to be most capable of shutting down the virus and stopping it from infecting our cells.
Inan,
My father did many trips in the vomit comet developing the Smiths Triplex Autopilot to land in zero/zero weather conditions at BLEU (blind landing experimental unit) which went into service on the now old tridents.
The most difficult was to get them off the runway to the gate in thick fog!
Anyway, enough of my ramblings.
Let's change the subject before other people on the BB complain.

Rats,
Flies like a B747 in the air, but a beast to land in a crosswind with a 37/8 degree sweep on the wing, yep was $19M to buy and around 1/2 mill to run annually.
You would love it though

Evening Inan,

One of these?

If so they were critical on weight and balance, bags had to be loaded front and rear holds perfectly, my wife used to handle these at Gloucestershire Airport back in the day.
They did make other versions and the flying coffin was I think the 330 variant.

Hi Ruck,
Must have been a small plane then, or you are VERY heavy, haha
Having had to have regular class 1 medicals for my licence I guess I have always kept my weight in check, but that is not everything, beer and fags take their toll and now being retired I really would like to extend my life if it's not too much misery doing it!
Fasting for 48 hours doesn't sound to bad though, that's why I would appreciate any feedback on what to expect.
You take care Ruck

Hi C7,
Regarding your question on fasting from last night....
I don't need to lose weight, just picked up on the many benefits of purging the body "autophagy I think" and re-setting the immune system to give me the best chance in the present pandemic, plus the benefits to the old grey matter!!
I think a 2 day fast would be possible without too much hardship.
Sorry about the off topic again

Evening C7....
Glad to have you back posting.
Another wait for you on your treatments, hope all works out for you, sure it will.
Just off topic though, I did pick up on your mention with LL about fasting, some do 3 days and others do more, perhaps 5 days, how difficult is that to do with just water for that prolonged period?
I do know that it is really good for purging the body of dodgy cells and resetting the immune system, your experience on that for me would be appreciated.
Sorry very off topic though

Inan,
Yet another little gem from you to support LD's genius, thanks.
Covidity "The N protein is highly conserved amongst coronaviruses; therefore, this new vaccine has the potential to generate protection not only against SARS-CoV-2, but also against new strains of coronavirus that may arise in the future."
Or, have I missed your point here as I seem to be quite good at sometimes.

Burble,
Many thanks for your valued input, along with a few others that contribute to my understanding of the science of this great little Bio.
IMO it is down to the science and IP that makes this such a good investment along with, so far, no negatives on that front.
Could it fail, yes of course, but nothing yet to indicate otherwise.
I would just like to add that for the last 8+ years of being in this share a large majority of understanding the science has come from Inanaco and a small number of other valued posters. You, now coming on stream just adds to that, fantastic for me.
I will say however that there are a number of posters on this BB that have an agenda simply because they have developed a certain complex about Inanaco's STYLE of posting, if they could allow their ego's to get over it then this BB would be a better place altogether.
Chester seems to have a good slant on things here IMO.

Another day tomorrow doing the same, decaf tea on tap.
