Cannot agree more on that , AB123 keep posting your questions and don't beat yourself up on asking .

We do have some very interesting posters here who keep me informed and add very good information for us, that are possibly not quite so learned on the science.

I will not list them all, but you will work through who posts good information and who likes to wind up the BB soon

Just remember it is just a BB, so don't worry too much about the negative posts.

I have been looking at Dr Gundry recently regarding "gut health" or what he says is the microbiome. If you look after your gut then it also looks after the immune system and mental health too.

Quite interesting.

Will I follow it though? maybe a tough decision.
