Reply from HSBC, so I have dipped out of any excess shares.... low battery bunsie

The company have stated that we must have a certain amount of
applications for the excess shares, as we cannot guarantee that
all holders of SCLP within HSBC InvestDirect will apply for
excess shares we cannot offer this to share holders.

I thought Vitamin D3 helps to modulate the immune response, so can upscale and downscale. In the case of Covid19 and the cytokine storm it would down regulate, that's how it came over to me anyway

Emailed HSBC first thing this AM, nothing back yet as expected.

Any further news on why the delay on proactive, a whole month? maybe some better news may be simmering?

I will take it up with HSBC in the morning, as I am happy to take perhaps their pool allocation up to my max investment level, not certain where that may lie though, 1M 2M who knows. I'll post once I have the definitive on it. HSBC is certainly not the best platform.

"Applications for additional shares are available through this offer; but as the minimum requirement for excess applications has been made at pooled nominee level, where your shares are held, we will be unable to guarantee that the minimum requirement can be met; therefore, on this occasion we will be unable to extend this offer to you"

looks rather like I have dipped out on the Excess, perhaps someone could enlighten me a bit on the above.

I can see my allocation based on the 51/4 on investdirect and Lloyds, but that's all at the moment.

I don't think there are "bad" & "good" guys, just strong opinions sometimes that can get somewhat heated, both "sides" if you wish to refer to it that way , although I don't see sides here, we are all in this for the common good of SCLP surely.

I don't really like "sides" just a difference of opinions, but will support anyone who is getting a basting on this BB, unless it is just innocent jest & humor

Nothing on my HSBC Investdirect either, so I spoke to them and they said just send them a message indicating I wish to take up the offer and when it come on stream they will let me know. They did also say that it would show in my portfolio once processed, so the offer can be taken up. They did confirm that the offer had not hit their system yet.

IMO it is time for Scancell to step up to the plate, now funding is in place, R&D can dribble on forever without the business input.
It has been a long road for all LTH, my first encounter with SCLP dates back to 2010!

Just my thoughts though at the moment
