He absolutely delivers. You can’t judge him on the SP - rather the business. He has grown NAV by a very decent margin and said just yesterday that even that NAV is out of date. Ie he has done excellent things & the reality is it’s even better than that. It’s a case of investors seeing the value in the portfolio, rather than the SP
