We're an explorer, the share price is likely to ebb & flow.
What will push this PROPERLY northwards is some good drilling results and judging by the portfolio this is very possible.
One really good strike and this could multi bag.

It could be getting diluted raising capital by selling / issuing shares to institutions at a discount to the SP.
I would rather PJ & AB raise the capital than outside instis.
I read somewhere that PJ has got a holding in his SIPP / ISA?, don't know if this is true but it shows faith and confidence in the company.
I haven't got a problem with dilution as long as the long term benefits are there. If it means we can find / prove up a resource then this will add value potentially greater than the negative effects of the dilution.
Anyway, just my thoughts!

I think with any company you have to have a large level of trust with the BOD, do you trust these people with your investment money?
If they want to all companies can cream off bonuses, excessive pay awards / shares schemes etc, witness many of the banking shares!
Although I don't know PJ personally I do feel comfortable (and therefore trusting him) to run the company. He seems highly committed and passionate, even excited with the portfolio and the drilling prospects.
Hopefully the excitement is justified and if POW does hit a big seam / field PJ will become very wealthy and although my shareholding is only a fraction of his, it could be life changing for me also!

I'm with you there Westham, PJ is great at keeping investors informed of what's going on.

There's one on every company forum!

I hold a few miners / explorers and there all getting a bit of a battering.
I think the market needs good news to get it to take off, hopefully when we get the full drilling results we will start to move north again.

I see doomster Darth is out with his super positive QUALITY report.
There will not be a slump in house prices in this country without mass unemployment.
If your on the ladder houses are relatively affordable the problem lays with first time buyers in many areas of the country where large deposits are needed.
If it means that this country ends up like Paris or Berlin where most people rent then that is how it is.

Yes, I have read deeply into the technology and things will move on and progress.
This appears to be a good investment anyway and my research is limited compared to some of you holders.

Not posted here before but just looked in because this is on my radar of future investments.
The major plus with Eurasia is the JV with Rosgeo and the access to masses of Platinum and battery metals, cobalt etc.
Look at Hydrogen economy, Hydrogen catalysts, and Platinum use. Worth looking at.
There is Japenese involvement and a possible big sale on the cards but we will have to wait and see.
Anyway you seem to have a great company here, and especially at the current sp.

At 30p there's a 10% yield possible, anyone who was brave enough to buy at the height of Covid will reap the reward.
I personally think all the negativity is overblown, once proper divis are back this is 50p+

I think the minute divi's get back to normal this will be 50p+.
Nowhere near 70p but 50-55p I would say is a good shout.

But do Lloyds want to get involved in this market? Likewise student lets?
They would be better buying up stocks of good quality desirable homes in reasonable / desirable areas, yes the yields won't be nearly as much but I can't see them trying to buy up individual 2 up / 2 down terrace houses to let out at £500 a month.
The properties wouldn't be mortgaged so the focus could be on maximum potential growth in value rather than out and out yield.

House prices definitely overheated? They have been saying this for donkey's and still they go up!
