I know a very wealthy multiple business owner who has a huge Chateau in France, (it has 3 lakes!) Multiple Ferrari's and he's usually the first in at his main company every day, before 7am!
Some people love the chase/making money!

My thought is,
"Am I better off increasing my holdings in POW"

"Buying into the IPO's"

I feel the same way but there's to many unknowns at this stage.
Fundamentally I have invested in POW but I need to look at the opportunities and how much of an interest (if any) POW have in each.
Shares could be discounted etc but it all depends on what levels the prices are set, difficult with early stages when actual resources / scales are still unknown.
At the end of the day I'm here to try and make money.
I hope this doesn't have an adverse effect on POW, I know they will make money from "spinning out" but SURELY PJ will keep the best projects "in house"
I have limited funds available at the moment so don't know what to do, I suppose at the moment we're only "registering interest"
Hopefully posters with more knowledge of IPO's will post their experiences!

PJ's share holdings was one of the major things which drew me here.
People don't buy 75,000,000 shares, with a pile in his SIPP without good reason!

An IPO is done prior to a stock market listing basically to raise funds so that in this case full drilling etc can be carried out, so as you say the monies raised will go to the company that the IPO relates to.
As I said earlier my knowledge of this matter is limited and I will have to do more research but my initial thoughts are that I would like to increase my holdings in POW first before taking part in the IPO's, but that may change depending upon further detail.

Do you think it would be that generous? I'm not so sure.
I need to look into this properly, I would love to take part but I would really like to increase my holding in POW itself first but much of my money is tied up in other stocks at the moment.
I have not taken part in an IPO before to be honest so any advice from those who have previously would be great.

Any one of them, even a smallish strike could result in a re rating of the SP.
A Haverion type result is the obvious one and things do look promising, we will see.
Really Lithium, Nickel and Copper are the exciting ones for me because of future demand, there's only one way the prices are going to go long term.
Copper has gone up massively over the last year and is over $9,000 a tonne, and Nickel's over twice that.
The thing with Lithium is in battery tech its the one constant, they chop and change the metal mix but Lithium is the critical element.
I know nothing is guaranteed but I am also excited by the portfolio.

Nothing wrong with opinions, gives us all something to discuss. If someone "thinks" this and backs it up with something EITHER positive or negative that's fine.
It's just blatant "it's going to do this or that" without something to back it up which doesn't help anybody.

Its just a learning curve, I was in here early but I missed out on the really low prices because I hesitated.
Research is the key, look for things the world needs, look for a BOD who are committed to the company, and are they invested with their own money! Does the company have debt? look at the fundamentals and you shouldn't go to far wrong!
Remember you don't have to go mad, £500 at 1p a share buys a lot of shares if you want to test the water!
Anyway my beds calling, see you all bright and early in the morning!
