How long have the talks with Anglo, or for that matter any number of parties been going on?
You may find out that if they are privy to price sensitive information they are NOT allowed to buy their own shares on the open market.
A JV would most definitely be classed as price sensitive information.

China is ALREADY Russia's biggest customer for oil exports.
And China is ALREADY under U.S sanctions.
Why wouldn't China be interested in buying a stake in Rosneft?
It would guarantee their future supply?

If it is sold as things currently stand I would put China at the top of the list, Closely followed by India.
China especially wouldn't give a monkeys about what the Americans think.
Personally I think BP will just sit tight, even if its for a year or two and it'll then reappear on the books.

2 drill holes, IF and it's obviously a big IF, they both come back with high grade Nickel we won't be carrying out, or funding the drilling.
Just make sure PJ that you don't show your hand to cheap!

The trouble with shareholders is that we are generally impatient, we all want that deal done and the share price to climb.
The problem is deals / M&A take time, months are nothing in the grand scheme of things and some can take years.
100% confident here, Ignore the noise, let the traders trade.

I believe so, I remember seeing something like this.
Obviously things have changed but BP does have a good relationship in Russia and they will know BP have had to distance themselves to a degree because of being lent on by our Government.

More than happy to hold here as I believe the deal will be signed and when it is the SP will climb significantly.

With the offloading of the Mexican silver assets(?), and the now 100% license ownership at Munni Munni and its potential PGM supply who do we know who may have an interest in that?
Possibly the same people who are interested in our Iron ore?
Haven't read up much on the historic drilling at Munni but there has been significant drilling in the past and these core samples should all be available.

Agreed but at least the constant "benefits of buybacks" debates, or dividend payments has SOMETHING to do we LBG.
We all go off topic, I certainly do but I cannot be the only one who's sick to death of the constant moaning on here regarding Brexit.
This country is a democracy, we have elections, we get results that will not please all of the people all of the time, but for crying out loud get on with your lives.
If it means that much to you start a petition/Facebook group and send it to your MP.

I would imagine Brexit has reared its head on this forum almost every day.
I would suggest that if people are that upset about it then write to their MP because its no good keep going round & round in circles on here.
