When you look at the persecution dished out by Western countries even now, with the kidnapping of a foreign head of state, or the 60+ years of persecution against Cuba, or the continuing operation of facilities like Guantanamo bay

There whole system operates on a system of "donations" basically bribery, and it has done for decades.

Politicians from both camps make millions every year accepting money from military, pharmaceutical and oil companies so that decisions are made in their favour,

And we'd better not mention the "contributions" made by AIPAC......

I'm not saying you should, but you are only getting one side of the story with the BBC or Daily Mail.

Most of the sources I listed are well respected Americans, Professor Glenn Diesen is Norwegian.

I would say that people like John Mearsheimer are internationally recognised and has no good reason to lie, but its not about believing everything 1 source say's, but to listen to the alternative view.

Anyway enough from me.

There's plenty of alternative sources on Telegram, Twitter and YouTube.

Look for people like Professors John Mearsheimer, Glenn Diesen, or Jeffrey Sachs.

Former American military people like Colonel Daniel Davis, Douglas McGregor or Scott Ritter.

Then there's various podcasts, former senior American judge Andrew Nepolitano's show is excellent, it's called "judging freedom" where he debates most of the global conflicts with many of the people listed above and more.

There's also the foreign press (non western)

We are TOLD that the Russians spout propaganda, they probably do, but we are also fed a narrative which is far from the truth.

I've only looked in here this evening just to see if there was anything new, which there isn't, and I'm not here to further debate what's going on in Ukraine, but what I would say is if people are trusting what they read in the Daily Mail, or hear from the likes of Mark Rutte or Kaja Kallas then maybe they shouldn't be allowed to have kids.
