Years ago the UK used to rule the world,

WW1 & 2 bankrupted this country and America was the new world leader.

The U.S has built nearly 800 military bases around the world to control what goes on,

When it doesn't like a government it overthrows it, or it necessary it destroys it.

Now emerging economies threaten U.S dominance, China mainly at the moment, but Russia, India & Brazil, and America doesn't like it.

For 80 years the U.S has dominated, the unipolar world,

It is now becoming a multi-polar world where the U.S is no longer the dominant power.

Ukraine, Georgia and Taiwan are just tools that the U.S will use to try and maintain their control.

I've just sat through an interesting discussion between academics regarding the Ukraine conflict and the upcoming peace negotiations.

An interesting point was made about the hostility towards Trump, Vance and Hegseth and the so called "sell out" on Ukraine as the western press and politicians have spent the last 3 years saying Russia has lost, is weak, is fighting with shovels etc etc, so why back down when Russia is losing. When in fact the opposite is the case.

Our liars leading us have made a rod for their own back.

Russia hold the cards and will negotiate knowing full well that they do so.

It could have been avoided, if the negotiations in Istanbul are to be believed Ukraine agreed to stay neutral but the U.S, and the UK vetoed it.

A somewhat simplistic view of what's gone on.

When you look at the history with Ukraine, and I mean really look! It has never been about helping Ukraine maintain its sovereignty or democracy.

The U.S has been interfering in Ukraine for DECADES and Russia's warnings have gone on equally as long.

I am not going to sit here and write "war & peace" explaining the history but if Ukraine hadn't been lured by the U.S $ and had stayed neutral this conflict would never have happened.

America didn't care because it wasn't them dying but they seriously underestimated the Russian resolve.

Russia's economy is different to ours in so much as because of their low levels of national debt they can use high interest rates to curb inflation.

Russia's inflation is a result of growth, over 4% which is in real terms booming.

An interest rate anywhere near that in a debt laden country would destroy it.

Our government currently spend over £100,000,000,000 a year in INTEREST payments on our country's debt.

And month by month it's getting worse!

Oh but we can find a few billion more for Zelensky!

If you hadn't noticed the West is going bankrupt over Ukraine, Russia is growing, 4.2% last year I believe to make it something like the world's 4th or 5th biggest economy.

Without the west Ukraine is finished,

It has no economy, no money coming in.

Wars cost Billions which Ukraine doesn't have,

Even Ukrainian press is funded by the U.S.

Ukraine is running out of men, soldiers are deserting,

YOU need to wake up!

There's a whole load of people who've swallowed the Western narrative of Russia's weak, their fighting with spades, Zelensky's the new "Churchill" etc etc etc 🙄

Zelensky's issue is that the majority of these "rare earth minerals" are contained within the Donbas region which is held, and populated by Russia.

There are currently no working mines in Ukraine for these minerals and they are extremely expensive to process once mined.

I'd suggest as you've insinuated, Zelensky is desperate,

His days are numbered!
