Never believe a CEO who states multiple opportunities, provide one result and prove the value for investors. Rarely have I seen a early stage Bio with so little progress and so little news. After many top ups to average down, am still -80% Could be final RNS in next month which causes me to sell and take a huge loss. No disrespect to anyone on here as it had so much promise and SIRNA will one day be a success. We were just too early. I have a few other early stage Bio's and can see CIZ producing an early Lung cancer detection test in US next year. CRUK was slating the UK for being mid table in Europe on cancer survival rates. Early diagnosis is key to good outcome and survival. Denmark way ahead. Wishing all a better 2024.

Would any CDT option sell be an RNS ?

This is why we are at this low SP on unknown news in my view. Thankfully CDT has recovered recently from all time low. Why did Allan not reply to your queries ? Or did he ? Lack of news from China since his visit leaves me concerned.

CDT had 38% rise y.day. Many think it has no impact on SP but if it does keep rising I think it will push up our value and SP. Let's hope it can continue to gain today. 1.80 y.day

I hope this does reach trial but most cases are settled before by hard negotiations to mitigate risk.

Maybe an intra day RNS due to time difference. Not expecting it today. 45 Million shares traded on Friday. Over 75% buys. It says traders are out to me. Now the real negotiations start. Realistically the outcome will not include large cash settlement but a license arrangement for future sales. Don't forget the Nano settlement. Massive expectation. Huge disappointment.

Barclays on 1.21 sell & 1.33 buy Not surprised by low volume this afternoon

No sell price on Barclays now. It shows 1.25 but no quote even for £200 There is very unusual pattern today which cannot be explained by any of us.

I was shocked all morning.

Long may it continue with settlement nearly reached.

There is very little chance of this going to trial.

The lawyers are arguing the terms of settlement and will continue to exchange offers for another week or more. Institutions will not be dumping shares, or accumulating.

Today was an anomaly as yesterday was 2.5 million shares traded and slight rise in SP. This could reach year high before year end. If the deal is favourable for growth in sales.

Possible computer glitch, as this was same buy price all morning and no sells.

Bought on Aug 17th closing SP was 1.30p. High volume that day. Long time to wait for notification. Could be an advantage to current SP. Watching from side lines currently.

After the China trip an RNS should be issued, as that is where the LDT trials will progress in my view. Surprised no RNS yet on visit to China and partner discussions. We should get an RNS this week if all went well. Fast track for LDT in China is all we can hope for at this stage. We expect Prof Coverely will enlighten the US audience with CIZ1, to promote the Science we have. I added on recent weakness due to Conduit SP fall and sentiment associated with that distraction. Good week ahead.

Today another 2 x Million buys and accumalation must be happening. An agreement is needed to attract new investors, as Interim Results implied. If a leak now I will be disappointed. I did not average down after last RNS. We are waiting.

Merger approved. Is it tomorrow that trading starts on Nasdaq ? If so that will be the day our real value of put option will be revealed. Let's hope their share price rises and Allan is not selling too quickly. We have far more value in our IP.

Thanks, I suspect we will get RNS tomorrow. Hope merger goes through ok today. It will be interesting to see if BOD decide to hold shares for future gains. It may well be to our advantage, after yesterdays positive news.
