Last night I noticed the 1 million share transaction at 17.15p and assumed it was a sale. This may be a wrong assumption on my part. It was during trading hours. This morning I looked on Lodon Stock Exchange website and there was no record of this, or the other large transaction which appeared after hours on LSE as unknown. This is very odd. In many years of investing I have not seen this before. I also cannot recall another single share transaction of 1 million shares in SBTX. Maybe someone with more knowledge can explain this. Many thanks. I continue to add at these low prices.

Listened carefully Cenkos are very good at selling into market. My point being OPTI have no other way to raise finance as they are in a legal dispute, which until resolved will only cost them more every month or year it goes on. The talk was 28th July and a lot has changed for them since. I will add as their holding diminshes. Certainly won't buy any OPTI.

Croda SP up 2.02% we await RNS. Someone sold a million y.day in one transaction at 17.15p so must need legal fees.

I rarely post on other Co's but OPTI lost finance director y.day and SOH has been ill and away from work. This is what is holding down the share price in my mind. He may well have said that he will wait for Croda news and decide what to do after this event. With their legal case only dragging on, events change even the best laid plans. OPTI hold over 10% or less now.

Completed acquisition and integrated now. No fundraise if projectionfor FY25 is achieved. However no knowledge of reason for regular selling and lower SP is surprising. SA must have knowledge if OPTI are seller. Unless SOH has kept it to himself.

Reality:Croda RNS is pivotal. It will not give details of payment schedule in my view. However it will provide certainty for company going forward. The relentless selling must result in a TR1soon if it is OPTI. This could continue into 2025, as legal fees only increase as a case is built up with no settlement. I fear this will hold back the SP even after Croda news.

No disclosures from Opti but my suspicion is they can delay notifying a change in holding. If I am wrong I will apologise.

Opti selling is doing us all a huge favour. If it wasn't for them this would already be over 17p in my view. Adds liquidity and more sticky holders topping up at this bargain SP. Will continue adding.

Waiting for the delaayed sell. This share price is kept down by MM and will only rise if positive news arrives.

575K buys and no sells. Good start for LTH

I bought 2 lots at 11.20p after 16.20 just printed at sells. Earlier Barc sold me £4K at 11.24p. Keep adding and will top up again tomorrow if no RNS.

News before 11th Oct hopefully. We are in Croda's agenda. That is most important. In my view SA should buy shares and other directors could also. It is showing confidence. Although Chairman at GDR bought £31K at 3.10p and now 1.85p But they have no orders. We have a huge order about to be signed.

0.1 % Skin in SBTX for SA. Sums up what a leader we have. If he bought in open market it would bankrupt him. Other directors are also not fully invested,as one would expect. Buy some shares and show some faith.

All sells, yet price not dropping . MM collecting shares for large buyer I suspect

Open SP 11.5 to buy. 11.25 to sell. Very tight spread as 11.15 on 100K to sell

High buying volume in 30 mins.

News incoming so buying pressure will overide the large seller hopefully.

Chartists can interpret if any watching.

Good news test in US cancer hospital. Rolled out sooner than we expected. Collaboration with York Uni on blood sample is interesting. Will be fascinating to see how soon another US hospital is signed up. Congratulations to Ciz BIO.

Peel Hunt sales will lower share price until next RNS. Small spike if its only a distribution agreement signed. MM's will off load their spare holdings. No sales in September and it will be 2p or lower. I am holding a small amount from 3.4p and will average down, if below 2p. Good luck to rampers, even if not reliable or trustworthy.

However many contracts are signed. The continual sell off by Peel Hunt continues. They protect their own investment. No interest in life saving test, or share price. It is just a business decision. The sooner rampers realise this has months to go, the less they will lose. I lost a considerable sum. No gain in my view in averaging down with the amount Peel Hunt have to sell still.

The company need to gain orders soon, especially from other countries who can order and pay quickly. Unlike the NHS
