I think Results are due. AS can clarify what he chooses to. The thing he will not clarify is what the relationship with BioTechne is now. That is the most relevent question in this last RNS. They may not be involved in MAB's any longer.

Which US Pharma wouldn't try to control the situation with a tiny Biotech ? We are in a period of nothing is ready yet but when it will be, no one knows. Many may disagree with me but that is their perogative. SP will drop further IMO

I think 25% in a week is just a start. Clearly block seller last few weeks lowered the SP. Many LTH will await the RNS but may be disappointed if no LDT news arrives before then. Once that comes I expect multiples of where it is now. Hard to develop the final approved test. It is coming.

Feel exasperated for New Uncle. What a huge loss "of face" have you forgotten how to reply. I stand by my assertion that the legal fees closed the business and the Company never had the decency to state the sum paid to their legal firm in US.

I follow this Co and Hunt said only 4 hospitals would get digital funding initially. If I heard correctly? That could take years. Feedback have more chance of revenue from India in my view. It would be a huge benefit to monitoring TB. A killer disease.

I was out at 0.65 after no contract wins in over 6 months. Yesterdays sell off was due to a leak of RNS, as is always the case and assumption of bad news. Please don't forget the other Court case has not been mentioned and I doubt it even will be in results. This has takeover target at substantial discount to real value written all over it. We could never have guessed the lack of names on patents. Ironic. Surprised New Uncle has disappeared.

As I predicted court fees for appeal process, as well as the chance of success ended this fiasco.

Now we need to know will the next case against us be settled prior to more lawyers fees causing no chance of profit in the next year, or four. We need new contracts not legal cases. No material contract news for so long but many lines being investigated . Could Lars produce one new major contract before results this month? Buyout looking more likely every month at significant discount to true value.

Apologies MM99. Relevant and I did not see him on Directors Shareholdings on this site. Ian Lankshear has nearly 20% and not many AIM Co's with such a large Director share holding.

RNS minor sell by a PI with 6.8 % still invested. Could be a great entry. Will hope it is.

Well if a placing was needed he could sweep up along with other Directors if at a low SP. It is only my speculation, as we have been told next results is break even. Well now he manufacturing has hopefully cleared back log and moving forward to filling pre orders. Then next results will be the proof we all want. I am not adding on this RNS.

I agree that a successful US appeal will do a lot for future revenues and benefit the Co. However this could take months. I expect a take over prior to the appeal. The signal would be Lars buying shares prior to an offer. He is an astute buissness executive who would not pass up that opportunity. My speculation would be an offer in excess of £10 Million. Hope is always nice for a bidding war. Not likely in my view. Next RNS appeal accepted hopefully.

Yes it is my view they will appeal. The costs of the Court hearing will not affect predicted company cash flow, which was a relief. However they have to gain new customers and soon to keep revenue growing. There is no profit here for many months yet in my view. They are still clearing a back log. I still hope there is a predator or two seeing this as an opportunity with such a low valuation. Wish every LTH good luck and a pay day for their loyalty.

Well we got the appeal update yesterday. Just as I requested from the company and Chairman. Now we know they will be appealing the court decision in my view. This will continue into next year and beyond possibly. I hope the decision will be in an RNS in this month. No new contracts before results would be my concern now. I did not sell up yesterday but assume a large holder down sizing this morning. Could be Newlands but we will know soon enough.

I was not pleased the RNS had no name attached. If any company board members are reading this take note.

A company with no profit and very little funding needs to consider how much attorneys fees for previous Court case will be.

As I said in an earlier post after the Court case. If anyone watched the Post Office drama on ITV last week, you would have seen the payment was £58 million of which only £12 million went to the claimants. That is called legal expenses. Anyone can see that this company has not provided information on funding for the lost Court case in US. If it was a no win no fee arrangement then we would at least know. If you think this is not relevant to funding the next stage of company meeting growing demand for its products, think again. I want to invest for the future growth of their cylindrical and graphene super caps. Not to run out of money due to inability to pay attorneys. Who will always argue there are grounds to appeal. Which I feel they are doing. Let them agree a no win no fee for that option then.

Can the W App group request a Court update please. We are in the current uncertainty until this next RNS is provided. It will have a material effect on company & share price. No one can expect a rapid decision but over two weeks now and the longer this goes on, the lower the SP will be. Imagine owning large holdings and not even an update on how much the Court expenses will be. This must be provided to share holders. I need not talk down my investment, as it is at an all time low.

Yes they lost the Maxwell case on a technicality. Can anyone help with information on the litigation payments since starting the Maxwell case. Often the attorneys will receive staged payments, as this has dragged on for four years.

Will the considerable costs incurred be affordable, with minimal income received this year ? I know this will shock many on here but I feel we will see a fund raise to cover the costs. Assuming the next Court case is also fought, there will need to be a different funding arrangement with a litigation funder, or another fund raise to cover the costs of defending the future Court case. A cautionary warning, in the last trading update there was a mistake mentioning the Supreme Court. No one wants that to be the eventual outcome of this costly legal travesty. Least of all the many LTH's who are still investing. I would like a quick decision on negotiations to finish with the future Court case. If there is no mention of total Maxwell case Court costs it will be a signal that we will need a fund raise and further dilution. We were all hoping for a positive outcome but several large holders wisely de-risked their investment. Sadly I was not one of them.

2 New patents added could be very strong negotiating position in settlement talks. I still believe this will not go to trial on Monday. The negotiations can go on over weekend and will be intense. No litigant wants trial costs and risk of outcome being unfavourable. Lets just add before RNS on Monday 11th Dec. Thank the sellers for taking their 70% profit, in less than a fortnight .
