Can you post the possible valuation of the test ? As another test was valued at $600+ Which would also not be as accurate as the lab test Ciz has.

If I had the cash available 3 months ago, it would have been easy to contact Bill Behnke and ask for information on investment into his Ciz BIO. After due diligence on me and adequate assurances of confidentility he could have sent forecasts and pricing information to any prospective investor. In my view it is Ciz BIO who will make most profit from the test. We are just the IP holders and a 10% equity holder in Ciz BIO.

Having thought about my question to Neilin. It must be very difficult to add to a significant holding when it is over 50% in the red, I assume. The constant research may have clouded the logic. Buy low & Sell high.

Psoriasis 1.1 million in UK. Penetrating 1% of the sufferers wold be 110K yet we only have 500 subscribers. The obvious way to market a product in the Social Media age is to get an influencer to promote the success of what works to relieve symptoms. If anyone can get SA to realise the 500 users we have is a tiny percentage of sufferers benefiting from what clearly relieves the suffering. How can he not see the way to cheaply publicise the years of research and Science which works ? Maybe I should find a celeb Tik Tok influencer who has Psoriasis and send them a months supply free. I have been a customer for over 8 months and send them to an old lady in Romania who benefits enormously. If anyone is a major shareholder who can directly communicate with SA please, please do. It will boost revenues exponentially. He could drop his lower salary policy. As well as making a profit in 2024.

Did anyone attend today? Sadly I was busy otherwise I would have asked AS when will he buy some shares. No doubt I would not get a response. He can raise from shareholders so why would he buy in open market. Especially at rocck bottom prices. Any other Directors buying shares? No none are.

Apologies for header spelling. Rather ironic however. He is no investing Director. Why would he, as the share price has only been on a constant decline for us LTH. One monetised deal could see 1p again.

No buys from NT, is why I started thread Diectors buys. He knows that shareholders feel confidence when Director buys. Some Directors add several times to holdings in open market. Sadly he is never going to do this. As long as no one challenges him directly face to face at AGM.He is never monetising a collaboration or license deal. When will AS buy ? Maybe he has the fortitude to put a little money into the Co he leads, even £5K ? Courage from any director at less than placing price, would show some confidence to LTH. Ciz bio is months away from getting a test developed. Honesty at the AGM is all that will stop this dropping to 1p. Show us some money from your pocket AS.

Attending AGM. AS can answer why no media publicity? Whether its going private ? Of course he could decline to answer any shareholder questions. Body language cannot be avoided. He has no enthusiasm in presentations, in my view.
