RE: GGP PE 8.2x 🔥28 Jan 2026 15:09
Hi Element, agree with your comments re price action, Goldman (there's a misnomer) etc. Any p/e below 10 is to be considered cheap. For a growth stock look to p/e of 20 as a starting point. GS, like nearly all legacy banks, still think of gold as a pet rock (valueless), are mandated to support the dollar at all costs (increase gold price destroy dollar), are directly linked to the US Federal Reserve and are as good at pricing Gold as my son's dog. A few days ago I was listening to one of these experts predicting gold price movements - I was so amazed at the cr*p being handed down that I made a note- which reads 'Gold unable to break resistance level of $4550 and expect a retrace to support at $4400. Few days later we have $5294 (as I write). As for selling action on GGP there will be some manipulation from the usual suspects but, unfortunately, a lot of automatic selling via stop losses. I do not use stop loss tactics with GGP because I do my research and know the intrinsic value of GGP - although I appreciate many newcomers have to 'protect' an entry point closer to £7. I will continue to hold post Havieron (still adding this week) to at least the dividend point.
