Sadly we never hit on anything in the targetted drug delivery or drug discovery programmes VS so I have no direct experience of what the FDA's Fast Track approval means. However...

This is to do with cell and gene therapies, part of MAGA's science culture war. Which isn't to say RFK Jr, etc won't turn against oncology and try to recreate it according to his own view of the world.

@nursesteve's "(due to his tumour size decreasing by almost 50%)", it was his "combined tumor diameter" that was measured. As tumours are irregular 3D shapes, the tumour size, as in volume, will have decreased by more than 50%, possibly a lot more.

No, today's excellent clinical update was aimed firmly and squarely at global pharma, saying "Look what we've got. You'd better discuss this in you morning meeting and come to a decision soon or be prepared to miss out."

"TNBC: Locally advanced or metastatic triple negative breast cancer confirmed by histopathology who have received up to 2 lines of prior therapy in the locally advanced or metastatic setting. BRCA with PD-L1 negative"

So that is stage 3 (locally advanced) or 4 (metastatic) patients who have received 0, 1 or 2 lines of prior therapy. It would be unethical to treat early stage cancer with an experimental therapy. These parameters can however catch patients who have advanced cancer but, for whatever reason, have not been treated.

The British Bulls record for Avacta over the past six months isn't great: £100 → £101 with a lack of clarity about what tim eof day the recommendations are issued and no account taken of the drag of dealing charges.

The share price will reverse when 1) the trolls disappear as their entry price has been reached or 2) the company issues some good financial news (and the trolls magically disappear - poof!).
