The answer to each of the 'questions' is optimisng efficacy. And the half-life thing... Again! It is very simple: the half-life of doxorubicin is sufficiently long but the half-life of exatecan is too short so they developed a longer half-life version.

Good spot, and there may be something in the lack of explicit mention of AVA7100 (swapping in a partner's warhead for example, as you say), but the "Identify third pipeline program and advance to candidate selection with a goal of IND late 2026" is consistent with AVA7100, as below:

Isn't it normal to give any business update directly after the AGM business has been concluded? Specifically, after a coffee break.

What I found anomalous was the 1st quarter update being given before the end of the quarter - with the slides having been prepared some day(s) before that.

I got the impression that some people were saying the AGM was originally scheduled for 30 June. I don't know where that was seen - I never saw it stated anywhere by the company. If it was, then one might ask why it has been put back a couple of days past the end of the quarter.

Interesting extrapolation from one data point...

It may be that we'll have a quarterly update 2 days before the business update after the AGM has concluded. It might also be that all quarterly updates will be given on a Monday.

...To me it makes sense to produce the quarterly update a couple of daysor so after the end of the quarter on, say, 2 July.
