Correction ^some will only have had one scan.

I can't remember how often the scans are (or was never told) - is it every 6 weeks (2 cycles) for 3-weekly dosing? Are we using a 3-weekly dosing regimen?

I was rather disappointed that the data cutoffs were so long ago - 3 months ago for Phase 1a (15 Sep) and 2 months for Phase 1b (15 Oct).

Nine of the 19 Phase 1b patients have only had one scan (slide 12) - would really have liked to have seen more recent data, but then I don't know how long it takes to analyse the scans and get the data incorporated in a presentation.

CC addressed this @ 27:30 but it's not clear to me why they didn't include more recent data and why we have to wait until H2 for an update with more recent data.

Also...doxorubicin starts working at a cellular level very quickly, but actual, measurable tumour shrinkage often requires a few cycles (and varies significantly from patient to patient) - and a lot of those with small tumour growth/shrinkage are still on trial so some will only have had one or a few cycles of faridox.

Thanks both. I was surprised they are still enrolling (as mentioned in the RNS). I guess they don't have to finalise the Phase 2 design yet so it makes sense to be flexible and adapt to emerging data. I'm sure eggy would approve.

For the benefit of others, a company negotiating deals will keep who they are talking with and what they are talking about and how much is on the table very much to themselves.

It is, or rather was, showing improved progression-free survival (PFS) over what is currently possible in the clinic, so that is a benefit. Phase 1b hasn't finished yet, so today's data release is not the final word.

You have to look at the broader picture though - pre|CISION works (concentrated targetting of cytotoxins, fewer side effects) and there are more powerful cytotoxins in the pipeline (exatecan, MMAE).

Phase 1a - 91% disease control rate (10/11)

Phase 1b - 89.5% disease control rate (17/19)

These are not statistically different but, for me, are rather disappointing considering the Phase 1b patients were more rigorously selected. Still, the detail may reveal why (for example naive vs pretreated mix?) and better news overall.

I suspect the Good News has already been in the share price for a while and that, since there are no $ signs in the RNS, there could be a spike, or just a fizzle. Just being a realist here.
