Has anyone got an opinion on what this means - good or bad for the company? good or bad for the SP? dilution? expect near-term sellers, some/many stuck with expensive shares, or no effect? It was all gobbledygook to me. And anyway I sold out yesterday at 13.71 as I wanted the cash for elsewhere (which has of course gone down) but intend to buy back in but below today's effective price, 13.75/13.775, as I believe this company has the IP and potential to do great things.

Maybe the 2 AVA6000 arms in the Phase 1b/2 trial will tackle the high load/short time vs low dose/long time treatments but for that the choice of STSs would be important.

For combination therapies, I can foresee a LOT of expensive trials for STS and other cancers - and licence agreements for big pharma to pay the costs.

I see your point and largely agree. What might be of interest to Pharma in the way of Avacta Dx would be the Affirmer technology, but that really has to be proved first.

@cryptonomicon, why spin Dx out to PE? Roche and J&J, to name but two, have oncology and diagnostics. Abbott also if you ignore its split into separate Tx and Dx companies. Purely Dx companies would gratefully swallow up Avacta Dx as well.
