we can have a 'conversation' about autl on yahoo finance. i'm invested, and my best performer by quite some way.

i don't know whether it's the best bb - it seems quite sp****ly populated, but autl is a small british company - but it was the most obvious one i found and it does have some useful background information posted there.

So it's down to the 99%+ UK AIM investors to raise the SP? Oh dear lord!

@Rambo, I'd be surprised if they don't have sight of the IMC questions beforehand, even a daily listing, and they should, reasonably, accommodate the answers to many of them in their presentation notes.

I agree that the limited number of questions posed and that we no longer get replies to the ones not answered is frustrating.

Who selects the questions to be answered anyway, IMC or Avacta? Should be Avacta but some of them suggest either IMC or that Avacta don't incorporate responses to questions in their presentations.

I'd also like to hear whether they have any diagnostic test(s) (of FAP load) to predict how efficacious AVA6000 is likely to be for each individual patient (wrt genetics, cancer (sub)type, cancer stage).

I'd like to see the doxorubicin biopsy data linked to cancer (sub)type.

I can just see the marketting campaign now: "Free Nanobot With Every Shot".

I think it's a definite possibility that Avacta knew that cohort 7 would be finishing and reviewed favourably this week. If there had been no DLTs and the trial was to end, then it would be a pretty safe bet to set the trial review for Wednesday.

There's also the possibility that the FDA has tipped them the wink about the fortnightly dosing approval if no DLT from C7...

Well, whilst it's true both were approved on the same day, CRISPR Therapeutics went down 8% but Bluebird Bio went down over 40% - and on that surprise approval.

Given the Bluebird SP decline, I think these cases may be specific to having to establish clinics in order to roll out their (highly technical) treatment. CRISPR having 7 times the cash holding of Bluebird, plus Vertex an a partner, could explain the different market reactions. However, it still remains that the SPs went down on this 'good news'.

A ground breaking development (OK, it had just recently been approved in the UIK and Bahrain) for the first approval of CRISPR tech in the US. Yet the SP went down. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Why is good news greeted with a SP fall?
