SarbanesโOxley, SOX or Sarbox, long title "An Act To protect investors by improving the accuracy and reliability of corporate disclosures made pursuant to the securities laws, and for other purposes", contains eleven sections that place requirements on all U.S. public company boards of directors and management and public accounting firms.
This and the repeated Nasdaq mentions makes the intent clear. The only questions are IPO or RTO? What price the placing? And, before that, how imminent is news of the DX sale?
