A "stock basher" is someone that will constantly "bash" a company in the hopes of inspiring a lower share price.
In the vast majority of cases, a "stock basher" has a short position in the stock that they are bashing, which means that a lowering of the share price will lead to financial gains for the "basher".
The rarer case of a "stock basher" is a former shareholder or former employee of the company who is seeking some sort of payback.
Personally, I suspect option 2. Have you noticed, when he claims to be a shareholder, it's wording like this: "I have been a long term holder..." or words to that effect, rather than a straight "I am a long term holder". (This is from memory, I know you'll excuse me for not spending two weeks trawling through all his repetitive rubbish looking for something to copy/paste)' Maybe he actually was a LTH but sold out after P3 and lost everything. Kept quiet for a bit but then the SP started creeping up and now he's beside himself with spite, and then decided to seek "some sort of payback". Of course, the other option a disgruntled ex employee. No names, no pack drill, but there was an ex-senior board member who turned up at the last shareholders meeting intent on disrupting it with constant questions. Sound familiar?
