Very odd indeed, TI. Almost as odd as his point about equivalance, which is entirely dependent on Eroxon being a success. Yet more evidence that he's losing it.

Other gel manufacturers cannot claim equivalence until after Eroxon has successfully launched and proven to work, i.e. fulfilled the performance requirements. Not only that, the hand gel manufacturer would have to have a current valid contract between them and Futura allowing ongoing access to the technical documentation in accordance with Article 61 (5) of the MDR.

So all booth's spurious and nonsensical arguments are purely conjecture about what may happen in the future, after the successful launch of Eroxon.

Booth is an embarrassment, isn't he? Trying so hard to make his arguments appear relevant, and failing dismally. He should just give up, unless he's being paid, of course. His heart is clearly not in it anymore, it's like he's just going through the motions, churning out the same old nonsense that everyone can see straight through. The funny thing is that all this technical stuff doesn't matter, as equivalence can only be sought after Eroxon has gone to market. The SP will either have gone up on a good reception or down on a poor one, by which time most of us will be either ruing the day we ever heard of Futura or booking our tickets for Fantasy Island and perusing the gravel drive brochures. And the best thing will be NO MORE BOOTH!

This is possibly the worst point booth has ever attempted to make, apart from trying to insert Flexiseq into the discussion on Eroxon. Is he really trying to tell everybody that, even though Eroxon has been clinically proven to work, you can just substitute any old gel and flog that off as an ED cure? Mind you, he's got form in this area - he used to repeat that hand sanitiser would do the trick. Good job you're on the ball this morning, ssl, and are showing his sophistry for what it is - blatant lies, misrepresentations and misinformation.

By the way, if you find it so offensive that you're boring everyone to death with your repetitive stock bashing, just stop! Just think, one post a day with a negative nugget that you've dug up from the past about an old product like CSD or totally unrelated like Flexiseq, and nobody will mind. In fact you might be applauded for bringing these things to the attention of actual investors. Instead you post 20 times a day from six in the morning until mummy tells you to switch the light out, and nobody wants to read anything you've got to say, because we've seen it all before, many, many times. When the fun stops, stop!

Not even worth arguing at the moment, as booth seems to have gone off on a tangent and is more interested in commenting on Flexiseq which is a gel for osteoarthritis. There are any number of gels and creams out here for joint pain, but no clinically proven gels for the treatment of ED, until now.

I see the basher's running fast and loose with the facts again. FTSEBUYER did not say that the CE mark meant a product has been scrutinised. In fact he didn't mention the CE mark at all. He said, "My view is that Futura Medical has a product which has been scrutinised, approved and backed." All of which is perfectly true. And certainly no excuse to quote some minor German law firm's website on what their interpretation of the CE mark is. Typical booth's obfuscation of the facts to try and hide the truth, which is that Erexon has been scrutinised, approved and backed. (And also carries the CE mark).

I notice that he denies being paid, but doesn't deny the posting and bashing, which rather puts the lie to the statement that he's a long standing shareholder. Says he doesn't want to lose money but constantly attacks his own investment. He contradicts himself at every turn. He's just a lying snake who clearly isn't invested and is being paid to bash this stock. No point in denials because everyone can see that you lie about everything.

Yes. Sorry, dactions, but I have to disagree with you, as I stated previously. I too thought filtering them and responders was a good idea, unfortunately it left the share bashers an open field to manipulate and distort the facts and put off anyone coming here to read up on something they may be interested in investing in. So we have to respond and offer newbies the alternative view, rather than allow the distorters and manipulators free rein. In particular, their lies need to be pointed out. It's a pain, I know, but just seeing a sea of green is the equivalent of squeezing your eyes tight shut and putting your fingers in your ears. That just ends up a mess, like ADVFN.
