SLBY isn't a bad asset, it is just of no real value to retail, it just facilitates keeping them all paid and the company lights on for some time.

What is odd is that if this were your company Thomas, and you ACTUALLY had great production numbers, and a totally realistic forecasting production, and you had a deal with the likes of Trafigura that was with excellent terms, and even with that debt that needs to be managed, and the lifetime 8% royalty, and you can easily demonstrate the foreseeable costings for the field and plant needs to maintain or increase that production and you could easily demonstrate significant excess bankables to justify ALL that effort, debt, time, etc, then wouldn't you be screaming it from the roof tops in simple layman's detail for all to see and quash the critics right there and then ????

Of course you would, but they can't, and won't, smoke & mirrors at every turn, keep retail in the dark with just enough blurp spouted in interviews and other feeds to keep the desperate clinging in hope !!!

Yesh, I got that OP, and as it stands unless I see a change in what this lot are doing for the better then I still "currently" see zero reason to punt/invest, swing trade or whatever word folk want to associate with it.

As for folk getting banned, well I have seen some reincarnated dozens of times, hardly worth the concern in my book, if lse want to ban folk for being honest in their opinions then so be it lol...

I will never declare my position in Angus or any other stock anymore, after the abuse given for transparency that last time, no one will ever know truly if I have any or not, for how long, I have traded many times just intraday on this and others.

I also would never declare myself an "investor" in Aim/junior stocks, that would be financial suicide, I have been trading Aim/junior oils for around 20 years, and out of the many dozens I have both tracked & traded, many have gone from pennies to pounds and back to pennies or point pennies, and in a number of cases dissolved completely.

I even stated as such when I punted this outfit at the start of SLBY, that I am ONLY in it for the main event, there may be other events in the future that I am tempted to trade too, but I have not seen anything of note so far from this lot, I continue to monitor it though.

As for supposedly getting booted for not investing or saying as such, well so be it, it is a faceless forum for share chat, not an owners club !!

I have spent the vast majority of my working career deep inside the industry, I have spent most of that working on and troubleshooting wells/fields and I naturally STILL have a significant interest many projects around the world, the Weald has ALWAYS been of great interest to me, along with a mountain of my own research to understand the depths of it all in the area, and it has paid off for me too.

If I didn't enjoy or rise to the challenges then there is no way I would have worked for over 30 years doing it, I continue to track this outfit as with others and I can & will post as and when I want thanks for your concerns lol....

It could be referring to a host of different things, it is impossible to say and they give no clue either.

Typically it could be a shut down to swap out or repair compressor/s, install a velocity string, alter, add or change any major surface plant item/s, testing & certification of all surface plant, alterations to production tree/s, the list goes on...

I suspect whatever it is, it is also contributing to issues with general production anyway.

A/The booster compressor is NOT for sucking more gas out, it is ONLY for countering the effect of reduced flowing pressure to surface, which can be one of two things or a combination of both, either by opening the well/s more to try and flow more, drops the wellbore flowing pressure, which is then below the threshold for entry into the main compressors, so the booster basically does just that, it takes the gas at lower flowing pressure and boosts it to above the minimum main compressor threshold. or the reservoir pressure is dipping below DEW POINT relative to how hard they are trying to flow to surface, and there is simply too much liquids/condy induced, which as a combined volume within the production strings is much heavier and therefore the surface pressure much lower, thus the need to boost/charge the gas before entry into the main compressors to grid.

It isn't squeaky bum time for me at all, and it doesn't bother me either, what I don't subscribe to are people like you who talk out of their ring in the hope they will sucker enough in to make their trade work, when in reality such low volume speaks VOLUMES.................

I have other stocks running, I have zero need to take a blind punt on micro movement, that doesn't cut it for me, good luck with your ramping though, I suspect you will need to try harder !!!

Undervalued based on what exactly ?? not from where I am sitting, infact far from it, SLBY will almost certainly never deliver retail upside, that is unless your name is Thomas lol.... the cost of the works needed both above and below ground just to maintain current levels is significant, it will continually drain any gain back into the ground, along with debt servicing etc.

As for their "next" venture/s, well that still remains to be seen and then evaluated !! nothing to see here as yet !!!

I have not missed anything, there are a 1000 stocks I can chose from to punt, many with far better potential to deliver retail upside than this currently does, and many of which I simply trade in silence, and as ever, it isn't what you paid for them that really matters, it is what you can sell em for that DOES... and so far I am not seeing anything you could sell into !!

That said, I would be happy for a number of folk here if they suddenly delivered on something of notable RETAIL worth, you cannot be in everything all the time, catching every micro movement, but heyyy, some feel the need to pump their struggling trade, carry on !!!!!!!!!!!

I remain negative, because they are not doing anything that can or will deliver solid upside for RETAIL, yes they are actively seeking to do works that will prolong the production, but at best it only meets their obligations to debt and covers the cost of such lifelong field workings.

When I see something that I deem WILL likely add sustained "retail" value then I will be all on board with that too, as I was when they originally went into the SLBY project until they totally undermined it from retail value.

PMSL, I seen 100's of amateurs as yourself proclaiming supposed great things to come, yet you are totally unable to justify your lame statements, I can and do state WHY... it is the difference between a trade pumper such as yourself and someone who trades based on an indepth knowledge and understanding of what is infront of them..

The ONLY way a new well can come in at a higher pressure of ANY note, is if it is compartmentalised to the main reservoir, or that the main reservoir has areas of very poor permeability/porosity that by default isolates small areas from drainage by other localised wells.

The southern lobe is semi isolated to the northern lobe by a geological saddle, which is totally different, and associated to the geological profile of the greater field, same as faulting etc.

I would be more inclined to ask what YOUR agenda is lol,,, you appear from nowhere, spout illogical carp about the field & reservoir, and seem desperate to try and keep your pump going lol....

For me, well I have been about from the beginning, and have a shedload of detailed info that I use to build on, that along with 30+ years in the industry to help me strip it back and work out what the reality REALLY is... NEXT !!!!
