ZX, I know the supply side to production side for "some" of the companies is a "different" entity, but they are in reality the same, and I know ofgem set the bar, but that does not detract from it amounting to around £7.5 billion a year that is deemed not associated to the gas or electric being used.
As for the 30 odd companies that failed, and for the recovery of lost monies through bad customer debt, well sorry, but that is not for joe public to make up the difference, it is their failing and should land at their feet.
Just because it is a pretty much closed loop industry, should not give them the right to pickpocket every dwelling in the country.
The devil is always seen when you look under the microscope, but to most they just see the front of shop and believe that's how it is inside and the back rooms !
