D Dan, THEY will NEED every penny they can dredge from SLBY including the debt holiday monies JUST to get some of the work needed to sustain production levels, meaning tertiary recovery from heavily depleted fields like this is both a constant game of upgrading and changes in the field and VERY costly to do so.

As for gas prices, it is the SAME every year, what matters is what the "average" over the 12 months comes in at.
