This lock-up is irrelevant, they have plenty of stock NOT under the lock-up rule, if they want to offload a large chunk, they can & will, as they see fit, depending on their agenda.

Aleph/Kemexon almost certainly will be offloading "old" stock into any modest upward movement, they are in it for the money, just as with any other outfit, and I am sure if they want to offload a large chunk to make room without hitting the threshold then I am sure as always the price will miraculously start moving that way, which by default will kick in the "its a miracle" cries on here and a new crowd of hopefuls will be choking on their offloads.

They (Angus), may well have a sort of plan up their sleeves for Balcombe, my take on it is something like this.

They will likely end up converting the £6m payday loan, which then frees up a shed load of the monthly revenue after servicing Mercuria.

Balcombe is set for a "long" duration clean-up & testing program (no rig required), Angus has already met the obligations for the 25% current stake, so I would say they could easily maintain "operator" status at Balcombe, and take the full operational cost for the set up and duration of the program for an additional 15-25% stake.

The program, "if" the clean-up is successful, could run for many many months, even a year or more, which would generate some of that program cost to Angus and the partners would also receive some test revenue too.

Possibly for them to grant Angus a full further 25% if the program meets commercial levels, and for more permanent site preparation and storage for long term tanker running.

THE ONLY WAY oil will EVER see that price is if OPEC and the rest of the mafia cartels reduce production a lot further.

The current production levels, which are seeing many global fields with their taps notably part closed are a result of the mob cutting supply to hype up demand for less oil in circulation. BUT the capacity for production globally is significantly much greater than today.

The problem global oil is having, is that the speed of new tech and renewables is countering oil demand, regardless of economic up trends.

Basically is is a massive FALSE floor, which could give at any time, all it takes is one of the massive global nations to break with the mob demands and crank open the taps, and everyone else will follow suit until there is a new glut of oil and the price has shlt it back down again.

Well the volume on 40 trades so far today is pitiful, and 95% of those trades are BOT trades of just a couple hundred shares or so.

Personally using the time up to end of the year to accumulate in readiness for the onshore efforts to be initiated, and somewhere in amongst that hopefully some news on the offshore developments.

Can't believe there are not 20 posts on gas futures being up, but actually where they are expected to be in Nov lol...
