If we look at volumes they are a tiny fraction of shares in issue.

10% of total shares in issue equates to 213,480,000 - when we hit multiples of this figure there will be a lot of excitement.

In the meantime think like Eytan suggests the current 2p or thereabouts will be nothing but history .

Trek, I think you know as well as I do, that the time this has taken was not due to the exec board dragging their heels. Market prices on the POO and politics were the main reasons this has taken a long time.

As for the link on the original post, I am all for fraudsters being investigated and prosecuted where necessary.

Whilst we hope and pray that this deal will play out - a lot of the Bahamas residents are still living in tents. The following will be in the minds of any officials looking at the plans of BPC and I am sure they will be hoping for a positive outcome too.

PI - I too am happy the SP has remained around the pre OO shares coming along. I did have concerns we may have seen a drop off the cliff at one stage.

Not concerned, as Eytan alluded to in one of his recent interviews, the current SP is meaningless in the longer term.

Hi Stu - like you I have not looked in very often lately as too painful a memory lol - plus there is not a great deal to say about Bozza and his predecessor that has not already being said. Sadly I have written this off as a bad job and I could have done without being taken in by the shyster's golden tongue and promises of rainbow riches and those of MA of course.

mebo, sorry to hear that they have gone very south. With all the pomp of the exec travelling to places and inviting shareholders to join him etc I was surprised to see it drop from the highs so quickly. It is not a club we aspire to become members of, though the membership numbers are sadly swelling.

Parpaing - I use Share . com and my allocation was sat most of the day as untradeable but now in the pot. A few others had a late entry into their pot.

Mine were shown untradeable once the deadline had passed. Assuming you had the funds lodged in the pot at the time of the deadline they should be credited to your account. If not then I suppose you could buy them a little cheaper today. Clouds and silver linings etc.

Casshy - Your original post suggested 2p for years however, your latest post suggests a penny - we were actually well under a penny until last year and well over a penny post May of last year. Therefore the original post makes no sense especially as there was a comment re long time holder I would have thought there would be a little more knowledge of the history of the SP. Yes as others have said it has been very frustrating, though the company have had some bad luck especially when the poo dropped etc.

The company gave an open offer rather than an options offer - options are available for directors etc exercisable under certain conditions.

We may win, we may lose and there have never been any guarantees. I am happy with my lot presently.

We are in a sort of state of flux here. Lots of new posters, lots of old hands - there will be a mix of opposing views though for the sake of the new posters here - historically there have been a lot of facts posted on the board which can be reviewed if one has the patience to skim through the many hundreds of pages here, quicker alternative is to google (other search engines are available) the company news items and RNS where the facts rather than opinion will pinpoint certain sources.

Everyone enjoys a bit of banter, personalities and family should not be the substance of discussion - though it is a free country and a public bulletin board. I would rather be attending Langans with a bunch of folk who are not likely to be ripping each others eyes out with a lobster pick ;@)

Whilst we regain our breath over the weekend and celebrate remembrance day and all of those who died for the cause I will wave a forlorn white flag over the board and hope that next week brings a cornucopia of happiness to us all.

Tex - I would concur with your view on volume. With the amount of shares in circulation we need to be seeing volume into the hundreds of millions per day to garner any sort of interest.

Would be nice to see the SP rise daily from now on. Couple of % per day would be nice onto the news of the drilling programme.

IK - in answer to your earlier question. My additional quota request was made via share.com and money was placed in the account to cover the OO plus the additional shares. That money has been taken from my cash account and whilst my ISA allowance was adjusted for the purchase - these shares do not form any part of a value in my account. The only clue of where the money I placed into the cash side is the used section of this year's ISA allowance. No guarantees as ever of course.

I agree P_I - however, I would expect that if Shore have the confidence in BPC I would expect them to hang on a little bit longer than a fraction over 2p.

Hopefully we will learn more tomorrow and the coming days. Certainly we have a little bit of interest - I would hope we get another little update from the company today or tomorrow just to keep up with their recent posting history.

Whatever the outcome of the OO it is still very much an interesting time to be involved.
