Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Stach - as I stated in that recent response - it was merely to clarify the connection to the previous posts about Bahamas Pete.
It is not a source of direct market information and a trading platform used around the globe.
Official news and information is provided on our company website bpcplc.com always look there first in my opinion.
Mousekewitz - my post was certainly not meant to alarm - merely to clarify that the Bahamas Pete mentioned was indeed our own.
Remember we are not officially traded on that bourse and the commentary is that of sponsored content. Macroaxis is a United States company = the UK page https://www.macroaxis.com/invest/market/BPC.L--BAHAMAS-PETROLEUM-COMPANY
Proselenes - they have stated from the outset that this will not be a producing well - they stated that once drilled it would be capped off and not used to produce.
Nothing new in your post - they have not said that another drill will be drilled in close proximity of course. We will need to see what the updates from this "exploratory well" produces to give a heads up as to the find OR otherwise.
No point in second-guessing either way as there are still a couple of obstacles that we know of.
Legislation in its current form, that has been passed by parliament and apparently "draft-tight" by incumbents is not one of them.

I have just dug out my unitard and yoga mat, cleared the dust and will be working that core - just in case lol. ;@)
P- Better as no one of tender age in sight - and surprisingly no camel toes.
his Mrs might be able to, though it is a pension scheme with his wife being sole beneficiary (presumably on death).
I would hope that the personal reason is not the curse of BPC which has seen a couple of folks leave this mortal coil a little earlier than anticipated.
"to the Explorer Retirement Scheme, which is managed on a discretionary basis by Tilney Investment Management. Leo Koot is the sole scheme member and the sole beneficiary is currently his wife, Elizabeth Wittebol"
JC - it may well be that he leaves that post too. His appointment at Tulip was something he fell into over a month ago after the incumbent in that role stepped down.
The RNS suggests personal reasons - that may be to do with family - health (His or Family) - disagreement with current incumbents at BPC - there can be a myriad of reasons and perhaps they used the terminology 'personal reasons' to allow LK to get his head around those particular matters that have caused him to resign.
The fact he transferred his own shares into the name of his wife was a personal issue and perhaps that may suggest where that personal matter may lie.
It is not for me to question the statement and I bid him luck in his life moving forward.
...having usually learned by now of any large trades. Currently showing 12.1 vs 12.7 on the FTSE via ADVFN
I cannot disagree - 3 decades of laughing at the city drunks - perhaps I need to stop and find something better to do with my time.
My comment about the drunks was related to the fact there was a lot of movement on the video, without actually gaining any distance - 2 steps forward and 3 back - a lot of effort required.
Sharescare - you are correct - I did not look at the timing there. I have my donkey's lugs on - ee awe, ee awe - ee awe-lways calls me that ;@)
Prospect- the observing drunks makes me feel less of a perv lol -
My grand-daughter does similar dances and though a little younger than the girls on that video - maybe I am just feeling my age haha.
Cheers PageofCups - looking at MarineTraffic site there appears to be a vessel next to the IceMax though the Blackfoot shows as heading back to port.

That's almost as mesmerising as watching the drunks trying to walk away from the city centre after a skinful.
BPC accepted on the JR

Leo Koot has stepped down for personal reasons - that means they are personal to him and nothing to do with me - or you!
Very few shares have been traded - about the same recorded as sales as they were buys.
So many folk are full of doom and gloom.
We have a presentation - or not - this week to look forward to - or not.
The Stena IceMax is still in position.
HOS Blackfoot is heading back to Palm Beach. If it remains there for any length of time perhaps we can suggest the drill is nearing its end. HOS Clearview is still moored at Fourchon.
Whatever the outcome - we will know it soon enough.
Stay safe all - the pressure is off - outcome will be known sooooon!!! ;@)
Are you really sure on that point LLL? Would you bet your savings on it?
Personal reasons - covers a multitude of issues - conflict of interest - personality clash - ill health of resignee or family/friend.
As usual, the second-guessing will play into the hands of those seeking to bad mouth the company.
We get the gloaters on here who declare doom and gloom as there are more sales recorded than buys. Who cares really?
The volume tells us that a small number of shares are exchanging hands at the moment.
Should there be a raft of sales into the 100's of millions then perhaps time to be concerned. Ignore the falsehoods and look towards the facts.
The hearing of the JR has been pushed a decent way down the track - the results of the drill will land long before that JR.
Until then, or news to the contrary, I remain confident.
Apologies Sol633 - I omitted the subject - The Pole.
I had a number of messages deleted the other day, having written a couple of lines in Polish, thinking that was the rationale behind his/her username and reported a previous comment for swearing in Polish though I had not.
Very childish behaviour of course - I was referring to the way he/she posts as being a tad schadenfreude in that any snippet of a downturn, however brief, creates a gloating behaviour in as much as taking glee from misfortune.
Stay safe all ;@)
There are more people with blue eyes than there are with green eyes - does that make a ha'porth of difference?
For someone who alleges they have shares and money invested here, you are a bit of an enigma.
Your challenging my comments as foul language also shows that the username as another enigma.
You have all the markings of a person suffering open schadenfreude. A very unpleasant condition for anyone to be around.
I stand corrected CarsCoffee - I thought the website had been updated with regards to directors' share holdings - this is from the RNS on 5th January: -
BPC announces that on 23 December 2020, Leo Koot, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred all his 28,093,156 ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a deemed transfer price of 2.19 pence per share, to the Explorer Retirement Scheme, which is managed on a discretionary basis by Tilney Investment Management. Leo Koot is the sole scheme member and the sole beneficiary is currently his wife, Elizabeth Wittebol.
So all shares were transferred to his other half.
