to understand why Hope's defence team need more time. Didn't they say that there really was no case to answer? And do they really need to add to the 1000 pages they have already submitted? Book them for time-wasting!

On the face of it a very good defence has been put forward. However, no mention of Kawaley's later comments that Hope's legal team sailed close to the wind or that Frontera's chances of winning in the Appeal Court were greatly improved. The granting or denying of a TRO will tell us whether the California judge thinks FRR's case has merits or not.

Actually states quite clearly in document 10 (Application for a TRO by Fisher) .. ‘For the convenience of the Court, a Proposed Order is attached hereto as Exhibit “A.” ‘

At least it shows that no decision/agreement has been reached by 25th March.

Well, it's a more reasonable speculation than some of the others doing the rounds on here. Also, correct me if I am misreading this, FRR is not on the Appeals Court list for April. Does that mean we have to wait until July for our hearing?

Looks like Kawaley is still on leave. He is not listed this week.

I have been following events since delisting and reading emails, etc. Does anyone know if Cayman Grand Court judgements are published automatically or do they have to be requested or searched for? I have a login for the site and have two more free searches at my disposal.

My broker might be talking shite - hence my post on here. Thing is they hold my shares and I was seeking clarification from experienced people here.

Hi. Have watched with interest for several months but haven’t posted anything until now. I have been told by my broker, Interactive Investor, that my shares now have no value. I can get a share certificate for the sum of £35.00 or they suggest that I give them to charity! Advice/comments welcome.
