Looks like ‘der management’ are hoping to get something from the arbitration process and then settle with all the other parties. Just have to wait and see, I guess.

Clearly aimed at a Georgian audience which is good, in a limited way. Pity they couldn’t have issued a statement in English, aimed at a worldwide audience and attributed to someone in authority.

I wonder if the issue surrounding Levan’s employment might be in line with the two changes in FRR’s legal representation in Arbitration. He was working for us, then he wasn’t, now he is again. All pure supposition as I, like many on here, know nothing!

I don’t think we have paid our legal bills in the Caymans. Think SN and ZZ are being sued for non-payment. ( As far as I can recall)

I might be wrong but I got the impression that these dates were just proposals from the plaintiffs (Frontera) as the defendants (Hope/Outrider) were not agreeing to an ADR. As I said - I could have completely misunderstood.

Has anyone else noticed the change of spelling of the name of the US company? Typo or different entity?

Just a hunch about all these dates. The joint statement is dated 25th July with all dates falling within 1 year except the trial date of 27th July 2020. I am wondering if that is procedural - I.e. everything dealt with inside a 12-month period. Thoughts from our more savvy contributors welcome.
