Hi John. re Boom fair enough like Buffett! GVC should be part of it but seems complicated. Umbria has capital Perugia and is a land locked province. Very friendly whereas Tuscans can be touchy. I see from the magazine that NOP has closed the deal with Shell regarding the Po valley. No comment here and sp hardly moved.
