Stag I am not very old and I am not an expert but when have you ever known a person not traumatised by a boiler ? Pick a part of the world and people will always be unhappy with boilers. Whatever its worth you can release it to market. You can give provide a 10 year warranty. You can provide a free replacement. You can provide discounted upgrades to future improved versions. No point sitting on a goldmine. Get your gold out Even if its messy Sell it Finer gold will eventually come. No sales no money no profit.

Observer, all your posts are very useful. I am still backing the product, its a fair point that products go through numerous trials and with all good intention and hardwork, luck plays a decent role. Eventually hardwork pays off. Setting technical members aside, if the boiler is good then to present it better or wrap it beautifully - outsource selling to a professional agency, offer them equity, make some noise then perhaps further funding might get easier

JG cant buy and not disclose. All director buys have to be made public immediately after the purchases - correct me if I am wrong. Unless someone is buying on his say - so which is even worse. This company is a good learning case for anyone new to markets. All the shades in business development are here to be studied and understood. If product is good then management is guilty (yes guilty) of not valuing TIME over money. Time must take priority or whole idea of efficiency goes out of window. Who would really partake money with Equity in INSP ? Loan ? Secured loans against what ? Company Property ? How much is that worth ? Not millions nothing cost millions in sheffield. With 8 months at least to commercialisation - there will be need for more money for next year proposed plans (on their website). So I doubt it will go anywhere til then - and if it did - further dilution from issuance will bring it down. Will definitely invest - in Oct/ Nov.

There's still unimaginable (read stupid) liquidity available for even half efficient products. Let's say boiler is better than others in its current stage of R+D. Either previous funding and its use has botched the directors of INSP. Its easy to back half a good product with view to improvement but impossible to back half decent management. Problem lies in management and not product. Any new finance would expect a much greater return and thus time-wasting management would worry about losing 10% equity ......and end up losing 100%. If anyone tells me that this company and its product(s) is/are worthless simply because there have been and still far far too much liquidity with lowest ever loans that anyone could have raised and recieved up to 50 million relatively easily specially for a listed company. That is a very strong very strong point. Then comes these strange big buys - and now this looks like a pattern of buys, so we have to accept behind every pattern there is logic or reason, so what are the probably reasons ? 1. May be company is about to do complete flip with new funding, or any other major good news is coming. OR 2. End of the financial year, a lot of people with cash or streams of black money which they whiten easily or perhaps park some ill gotten money and of course tax evasion/avoidance tactic from their Accountants. 1 or 2 ? That sadly only give us 50/50 chance, which doesnt help. Either way this is not a buy

I share your view FallingKnife, but there are buys in decent maount of share if not decent money spent, I boil it to three of the following; 1. probably easier to sell the stake at cheap, perhaps a potential but cheap buyer. 2. someone laundering money 3. really mistaken investor problem is while all 3 are equally possible (to me) a cheap buyer might be out there - well we shall find out. of course no fire works expect, hope you recover your personal investment in someway. there are far too many odd buys for this dying stock, it is safe to assume they all are horribly wrong - any other assumptions ?
