In some app stores, google play - App description and ratings are also accompanied by number of downloads. On oculus website, I couldnt find download numbers so far. Ratings are there but not number of ratings either. Has anyone more info around this ?

That could be from the technology, its R&D, relationship between MS, FB and their interests. And one thing which stands out to me, was to disallow any American investor buying up placing as mentioned in RNS. NDA could well be for further developments of EVRH baby products other than MVR. Release time would have been under NDA and other NDAs to preserve OCULUS more than MVR.

That's good if they take spend time to achieve accredition. I think a bigger company could help them if they are willing to part-sell the product as a seed or company. Perhaps they still believe in themselves. It sounds that you are happy with the new arms of company, if its solely to raise money then yes, I hope this time the product is ready to deliver or at least in a much better non-blowing form.

I can only but concur to your points. As before, I reiterate - BoD which do not value time over money will not make money. The consultancy and other management tricks, although all legal but they are obvious to anyone in business. A good company with good product and management team would never have to resort on these tricks. Once again, thanks for your input. Perhaps we should ask the share buyers at this level to share their wisdom with the rest of us.
