What if its EVRH which is resisting any dialogue along the buying front ?

usually yes, you cant just sell the company without share holder meeting but its been suggested in here that if majority share holder (being directors) could have already agreed without disclosing. have you seen entire market, the trend of overall AIM 250 500 ? you will find that EVRH is less and less news dependent and in fact is now trending the market more than before, its getting stable day by day. no new money is going in the securities

Entire FTSE and European markets are down, why would EVRH Board distract themselves to natural market patterns. There is no need for board to do anything, those who do not like the stock should sell and go

Whilst EU/UK markets are melt, gold risen sharply, Brexit confusion driving investors potty, I am really happy with 12p up from 6 and 8 p of my purchase in 3 months and not going down under 12. Optimist59 I agree with you but would like to add, in agreement whats the revenue figures from watsapp ? whats the revenue contribution of watsapp ? if anything FB has thrown more money on watsapp ! is SPOTIFY really turning billions ? OUR next goal is global availability and coverage and that was CLEARLY MENTIONED in last RNS exactly what EVRH is doing.. let them do their job, let it get poached for a few billion we will all be happy

WhatShares I dont think BB cant affect price for bigger companies, small companies with smaller Pi can be influenced. To what degree I cant say. I have seen AIM panic sellers and anxious buyers, not something I would ever do. But people do it. Let's talk about EVRH I got in to EVRH back then enough money to cover their liabilities, now they have raised much more money to cover further expanses as well as liabilities plus debts. Tech products need not be 100% good, one simple upgrade solves issues. iPhone still has issues. Samsung was blowing up all over the world last year. We do not need to worry about revenue generation now. We need global out reach and availability. EVRH is working on it. We will be the winners :)

Nickel is not an online troll. He is a smart investor, with small companies you can sway things by affecting sentiments and that's how he makes his play. I think that's fair. Serious investors or people who do their home work (myself included) take a different type of risk, I didnt sell mine. I'd say when you see sentiments or SP being pushed or pulled - then you can pretty much mark the person and never follow their advice as a long term investor. For short term investors, traders, Nickel is best to follow to make money, different game altogether. Good luck to all

The Last RNS specifically stated the global ambitions and roll out. While PI expect all of that to happen in a matter of 2 weeks. Juvenile.
