The company has made it clear that the last CR was sufficient only to cover forward planning and long lead commitments in respect of Hickory-1 and indeed by asking for ratification of recent CRs at the forthcoming GM it has already signalled the likelihood of a CR is Hickory-1 is to go ahead.
Not much choice really unless there is a very generous FO in the making (which I doubt), there is no magic money tree.

I wondered if the company could have controlled the sand production by choking the flow a little more, it's all part of the learning curve and if a change of proppant size or type is required it's fixable for the future.
Apart from blockage the sand is not good for wellbores, valves and equipment so hopefully we can clean up and try to reduce in future, at least it is not formation sand.

BOD have not earned performance rights most likely due to non-achievement of current VWAP hurdle.
I am concerned that the company is proposing a lowering of the VWAPH via vote at GM.

The RNS dated 26/09 explains why the request has been made to the AOGCC and the AOGCC Public Notice puts a bit more meat on the bones.
In terms of the production separator the April 2022 Webinar presentation mentions N2 gas. Pg.42
I guess any non- inert gases (methane?) cant be reinjected and still need to be flared or separated for safety, it's a good question.
As for your final question not sure if anyone on the forum would know, the company has mentioned that a "significant amount of fluid was introduced", a decent part of it will need removal before production can properly get underway. see also post at 09:56.
