mikemike, no problem I am just being a " know all". have watched GBP for last five years, during which time they have done almost nothing apart from screwing up the Alkaid well, subsequently they had a management purge and put in place Mike Mason who probably had the experience and ability but no money.
SOA has screwed them royally but they probably got into hock with the banks too deeply on basis that payment of credits would always just happen.

Alkaid never part of the OEL deal. subject to a Lien at the time instigated by Nabors, Red Technology and Geokinetics have a slice of the pie.
Lien subsequently lifted.
All on public record.

S Brown Well spotted, I would confirm that documents relative to Winx are all recorded so should not cause any issues from our side I would imagine, looks as if most other GBP acreage will be affected.
Once SOA exploration credits were delayed this was always likely to happen, GBP owed $140M from memory and access to new funds limited, talk of them coming to AIM 18M or so ago never materialised.
DW did well in the GBP fire sale earlier this year, straightened the boundaries very cheaply.

In the last 12m we have gained Yukon. Western Fairway and WINX, all different geologies and opportunities, opportunities that should increase our security.
I am amazed at those who believe you can run a company on a spreadsheet - fixed plan basis, had we not taken advantage of opportunities as they came along we would probably today be weaker, when we actually reach the point of establishing well points for Icewine conventional I am sure they will actually be well West on the leases taken late 2017 or the ASRC leases agreed in 2018, as Spinefx stated earlier you have to understand our history.
With Yukon just wait, that will prove a gem, just happen to latch onto someone's planned and permitted 3D LOL

Guzzler no "givens" these days, however history may suggest that a positive trend may happen based on expectations of future potential.
Will be news from early next year, if positively received anything may happen.

Agree, wonder what the deal is as it won't be coming cheaply, sure is an endorsement of the HRZ potential though in my opinion.
