Winx operations conducted to plan, remember OEL did the analysis not 88E, based on historic success in the area I think the opportunity take part in the venture was probably one that was reasonable to take, be interesting to see what decision is taken as regards future progress.
Like Moneyhawk I have never been totally convinced as to how much Winx would have bought to the FO negotiations, would a part share in a consortium project be make or break, I am unsure.
