Saint Anthony I can only think that a DIY B & I would work if you were lucky enough to sell "high" and buy "low", at the moment with 88E there does seem a regular flow & ebb, but would it be enough?

LeMajor I have only Bed & ISA'd once and that was with HL, within two hours and at minimal loss of shares, although I have no major issue with HL in respect of pricing or getting quotes in general, I do think that its a lottery as to who you reach on the help lines and how knowledgeable that person is!
But perhaps that is true of most of the big brokers, I have over the years seen complaints about most of them, seems no one is perfect.
Guess it depends what you want from your broker and how often you deal etc.

rfarfa how many MMs are actually trading 88E, only 7 are actually registered to deal I believe and of those only a proportion actually dealing.
Might be a bit of a closed shop

Does the buy/sell flag actually have any impact on the SP?
The MMs will often operate totally either side of the mid price so completely rubbishing the accuracy of the flag.

Saint Anthony hope you are well, interesting couple your 2.6M trades with the 1.8M trades between 11:55:53 & 11:56:02 and total real trades total only 6.5M in AIM.
At least there is no panic selling :-)
